- Build a talent pool for all the positions in the company.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs & design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including job posting platforms, social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs.
- Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
- Make a job offer to the candidate & negotiate when necessary.
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
- Support & follow up with the new hires for smooth onboarding.
