MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Build a talent pool for all the positions in the company.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs & design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including job posting platforms, social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs.
Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
Make a job offer to the candidate & negotiate when necessary.
Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
Support & follow up with the new hires for smooth onboarding.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Master's degree is a plus.Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related degree preferred.

03 years of experience in Recruitment, IT recruiter is a plus.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Ability to attract, engage, and assess best-in-class talents in a highly competitive environment.
Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web-based systems (applicant tracking systems, etc.).
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Must be flexible and able to adapt to priorities.
Willingness to learn and overcome daily challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development.
