MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Create comprehensive documentations for firmware, software, and product-related information
Write brief documents including business requirements and project requirements for internal sprints and software features
Manage the document library, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible
Control document changes and versioning to maintain accuracy and consistency
Review actual implementations against briefing documents to ensure alignment
Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and G-suites for documentation and project management
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for documentation

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on firmware and software documentation
Ability to write clear and concise business requirements and project requirements
Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and G-suites for documentation and project management

Strong understanding, experience, and passion in mobile applications and/ or hardware devices / wearables
Exceptional attention to detail with excellent English and Vietnamese writing skills
