MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Documentation Preparation: Prepare and review all import-export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations, to ensure accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.
Customs Clearance: Coordinate with customs brokers and agents to facilitate customs clearance processes, including filing necessary documents, obtaining permits, and resolving any issues that may arise during clearance.
Shipping Coordination: Work closely with logistics and shipping teams to schedule and coordinate transportation for import and export shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers and suppliers.
Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on changes in import-export regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements, and ensure that all documentation and processes adhere to relevant legal requirements and industry standards.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all import-export documentation, including electronic and hard copy files, for audit and reference purposes.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to facilitate communication and resolve any documentation-related issues efficiently.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline import-export documentation processes, implement best practices, and develop tools or systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
Proven experience in import-export documentation, preferably in a manufacturing or trading environment.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, INCO terms, and documentation requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with import-export software or systems.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and resolve issues diplomatically.
Language proficiency as per specific market requirements (English: TOEIC score > 750 or IELTS score > 5.0 or Chinese: HSK 3)
