- Handle all relevant HR-administration duties including contract management, attendance records, payment of salaries.
- Manage employee database in SAP.
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, attendance...).
- Identify training needs and elaborate suitable training plans for various positions.
- Prepare and conduct comprehensive presentations/ trainings of relevant rules and regulations for the employees.
- Support in recruitment process (creation of job description, selection of candidates, conducting interviews) whenever required
