HR Officer CÔNG TY TNHH KURZ VIỆT NAM

• Handle all relevant HR-administration duties including contract management, attendance records, payment of salaries.
• Manage employee database in SAP.
• Prepare HR reports (headcount, attendance...).
• Identify training needs and elaborate suitable training plans for various positions.
• Prepare and conduct comprehensive presentations/ trainings of relevant rules and regulations for the employees.
• Support in recruitment process (creation of job description, selection of candidates, conducting interviews) whenever required

• University Degree in human management, economics, psychology, legal matters or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position; ideally in a production-based company
• Knowledge of Vietnam labor law
• Experience in salary, social insurance, PIT
• Excellent English skills in speaking and writing
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office); experience with SAP is an advantage
