JOB MISSION/OBJECTIVE:
- Manage Sales Team to achieve Sales target in the assigned channel.
- Manage sales team to develop and implement the merchandizing, POSM and other campaign
- Manage Sales Team to accomplish other KPIs and supervise the implementation of Rohto working regulation.
- Develop and reinforce Pharmcy Chain system
- Do field work to collect and report market information from chain system including sales status and competitors' activities
- Propose plan to develop chain systemm in long term
JOB DUTIES & REPONSIBILTIES:
- Follow strictly Sales Target by monthly and quarterly
- Supervise and manage the activities of sale force under assigned channel
- General controlling & leading activities of sales team including Team Leaders, Med Reps.
- Frequently contact & keep relationship with key partners, distributors
- Combine with Trade Marketing to develop activation and promotion by pharmacy chain
- Develop and expand coverage, new chains and new channel.
- Supervise shipment from distributor to pharmacy chain system.
- Apply A2E into current job to improve the own management skill and motivate the Sales team spirit.
- Conduct training and coaching Sale Team
