- Develop, communicate, and execute employer brand, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience initiatives
- Act as the single point of contact for all things Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing
- Conceptualise, design and execute campaigns that effectively communicate our values to current and prospective employees across multiple touch points (company web pages, career pages, social media, PR, internal events, partnership events etc.). Being able to measure the success and make constant improvements on the action plans.
- Develop deep market knowledge analysis to understand the current talent and recruiting landscape, macro recruiting events calendar, and upcoming key initiatives
- Lead and review candidate-facing and employee-facing materials to ensure items are branded appropriately
