- Conduct needs analysis and identify customer pain points to determine solutions to meet those needs.
3. Manage prospects and existing customers
- Create a list and fully update information about potential customers (Leads).
- Plan and execute follow-up of potential customers.
- Close deals
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to generate future sales oppotunities
- Collaborate with the delivery team during the development process to detect issues and make improvements.
