- Building and management of the technical team: Responsible for the overall management of the product technical delivery team of the project wireless, core network, transport network, data communication and power supply, and determining the organizational structure, resource allocation, responsibility definition and appraisal mechanism of the team.
- Technical solution implementation: Organizes risk review of the technical solution, converts the technical solution into an executable engineering technical solution, and guides customers to eliminate or avoid risks.
- Objective formulation and breakdown: Formulates technical delivery milestones and engineering technology implementation plans, and divides them into sub-teams for implementation.
- Technical delivery process development: Formulates the work process of the technical delivery team, and standardizes the work of the technical team with the process.
- Technical delivery implementation: Organizes technical delivery to complete technical solution implementation of the project, and assumes responsibility for milestones, costs, and final results (contract KPIs).
- Plan-driven and guarantee: Work plans and problem requirement lists are generated by participating in technical communication meetings between the project team and the customer on a regular or irregular basis. Work plans drive the achievement of milestones. The requirement problem list ensures the implementation results of plans.
- Local skill transfer: Takes charge of the overall planning and skill transfer of local technical personnel of the project, and organizes, plans, and implements on-site advanced skill training for customers.
